A comprehensive series of workshops offered by SCORE for individuals already in business who may be experiencing problems or desire to grow their business faster. This six part series may be the best action you can take to strengthen an existing business and ensure the right processes are in place to achieve success. The program consists of six modules.
The six part Package is offered three times per year in “cycles”. This series is a comprehensive offering that consists of six three hour evening sessions which address:
- Business assessment and goal setting;
- Managing your time, people and resources;
- Marketing your product and/or service;
- Growing your sales;
- Creating and understanding business financial statements and forecasts;
- Managing operations.

On-line early registration price is $25 per individual session.
The cost is $30 for each individual workshop if you pay at the door.
